How Linea works

Based on published guidance

Every exercise, dose and time frame follows advice published by the POGP, the NHS and NICE.

Stop signals, not pressure

If something hurts, the exercise gets easier straight away. Missed weeks never reset your progress.

Questions

Who is Linea for?

Women who are pregnant or have given birth, whether it was two weeks or ten years ago. It focuses on the core and pelvic floor: the gap in the tummy muscles, bladder leaks and recovery after a C-section.

When can I start after birth?

Breathing and the gentlest exercises can start in the first days, as in the POGP guidance. Harder stages open later, following published time frames. If you had complications, or something hurts, check with your midwife or doctor first.

Is Linea medical advice?

No. Linea is not a medical device and doesn’t diagnose. It is general guidance based on published advice. If something hurts or a symptom doesn’t go away, talk to your doctor or a pelvic health physiotherapist.

Does my data leave my phone?

No. There is no account. Your answers and progress are stored only on your phone and deleted when you start over or remove the app.

Which languages does it speak?

English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian and Polish.

When can I get it?

Linea is in development. Android comes first, then iPhone.
